Night Walk Mutters Moor

Service Description

Experience Mutters Moor a little differently on this atmospheric evening night walk, starting at 6.00pm. As daylight disappears, we'll explore the heathland, woodland and tracks around Mutters Moor and the surrounding plantations – familiar countryside that takes on a completely different character after dark. And, weather permitting, we should have a rather impressive companion. The Moon rises shortly before we set off and will be around 95% illuminated, giving us the possibility of a beautifully moonlit autumn walk. At just over 3 miles with around 200 ft of ascent, this isn't about covering huge distances. It's about experiencing the countryside after dark and enjoying a walk that's just a little bit different.
