Service Description

A lovely shorter walk exploring the countryside surrounding Woodbury, combining open farmland, woodland and the higher ground towards Woodbury Common. Leaving the village behind, we'll enjoy a varied landscape of rural paths and tracks, with views opening up as we gain height. The route reaches around the edge of the wooded common before returning through the quieter countryside surrounding Woodbury. At just under 5 miles, this is a great choice for anyone looking for a shorter walk that still feels like a proper countryside outing. There is a steady amount of climbing, but nothing like some of our longer and hillier adventures. Distance: 4.8 miles Ascent: Approx. 565 ft Grade: Moderate Duration: Approx. 2 hours 25 minutes
